About this class

Have you ever wanted to customize your clothing? Perhaps add daisies to your jeans or a cat to a tote bag? In this class, participants will learn how to turn fabric into stickers for their clothing (or bags) using appliqué as well as some basic embroidery stitches. Appliqué allows you to recycle fabrics to give them a new life, while sprucing up other pieces of clothing! Participants will also have the option of learning how to stamp onto clothing using linocut printing. Each participant should bring a piece of clothing or a bag to embellish. Additionally, participants are encouraged to bring any scrap or old fabric that can be cut up, but we will also provide some.
