About this class
Urban sketching is all about taking your art supplies out into the real world, sketching what you see, and making memories of the places you visit. In this class, you will learn the basic principles of urban sketching and some essential art instruction to get started using pencils, ink pens, and watercolor paint. You will also pilot a real urban sketch with your classmates around historic Mount Pleasant, and share learnings and thoughts with the group at the end. This class is all-levels: we welcome beginners and experienced artists.
